Power Yoga (Tuesdays 9:30am-10:25am with Miranda Bachman) - Develop strength, flexibility & toning through this traditional yoga practice which emphasizes correct alignment in conjunction with breathing techniques to develop the body-mind connection. The essence of Yoga which means Union.
